The Samsung S20 Ultra was a powerhouse at the time, but it no longer holds the top spot now that 24GB RAM has been introduced.

                  I think a year old A56 is better option compared to A36 for mid budget choice. Faster, has memory card slot. The new generation 2025 samsungs budget phones was castrated too much, functionality was severely reduced

It comes with a downgraded camera sensor and screen resolution, and it also does not support Samsung DeX. Despite these differences, the chipset and AnTuTu benchmark scores remain similar 700.000
                    We now understand that Samsung is good at recycling their flagship phones to the mid-range every 4 years.

                      To be honest, we are already moving at a fast pace. Technological progress has surpassed what we can realistically achieve. Your people control 70% of the main technology sources, while we are merely like ants trying to enjoy the drops of sugar that fall from the splash they control.

                      The A55 may not be the absolute best, but at this price, it remains the best option. However, I strongly suggest immediately discarding the garbage collection of rotten or failed production phones and replacing them with the list of phones I have selected.

                      All Samsung products fall into three categories: the best model, the standard version of the same model, and the bad model. This has always been the cycle of Samsung's mobile phone lineup. That’s why, as of now, there is only one true champion among the selected models—the Samsung S21 Ultra.

                        All are working fine and I don't feel any difference in the camera clarity and performance from S20 FE 5G to A55. Remaining not tested.

                        Watching video songs from the memory card in S20 FE 5G with 33% manual brightness, 1 SIM at on state (all others off) 4G, at volume 4 using mx player starting at 29%. After 1 hour of watching, the battery came down to 21%. Just 8% for watching 1 hour video. A55 consumed 7%.

                        I had little fear against the current exynos chip. But the Samsung A35 (for my Father) and A55 completely broke the fear and I am really happy using the above phones.

I notice the upgrade from 90hz to 120hz and slightly bigger screen. There's also a downgrade of heavier weight and thicker phone. Other than that everything felt the same.

                                    Having owned both a52 & a55, it seems that phone companies like Samsung ,Apple etc just release new phones models yearly purely for the money and preying on the curiosity and insatiable of folks. There is hardly any noticeable difference in most "upgrades" yearly that are actually useful to average users daily. Most features are gimmicks. They just could as well delay releasing new models for years till there are significant changes .Now they are using planned obsolescence to force one to buy new phones. I just hope car companies don't catch up to this trend.

                                      I " upgraded" to A55 from A52 ,after using it for 3years. My a52 was working perfectly . I just felt tired of it . Well to be honest there is no difference if you are an average/ normal user ,considering both are running this same software. The only difference is a slightly bigger screen & premium build.But considering I use a case ,it's not noticeable . My advice don't ditch your old phone for this yet. Most of the new AI features are gimmicks which the average user never needs.
