It is in the interest of future buyers for the A55's specs to be better. Future buyers looking for a midrange phone want a capable and reasonably priced device. Product differentiation helps buyers to know that the money spent is worth the value. I was hoping the A55 to have better specs but I guess I will be disappointed.

rassolo, 14 Feb 2024This is a concern. The A54 is similar to the upcoming A55 .I am not concerned at all. I already have an A54 and if it isn't much of an improvement Samsung doesn't get my money.

This A55 better not cost more than $500. If it does, you are better off getting a refurbished S23 or something. If only Sam's flagships had a MicroSD card slot...

Some sources (sammobile to cite the few) are adamant that the phone will have a Dynamic 2X Amoled screen, and am all for it if it does, it will be an instant upgrade from my A54 since I hate the screen after I switched from my 10bit Oppo Find X3 Pro lol

Literally no difference except for the chip. They didn't even bother to even out the bezels so it can be differentiated between the A35 lol.
