You're just nitpicking minor changes/removals for every new OS version that barely anyone have problems with except for you. You're completely ignoring the positive changes such as improved customization, improved quick panel layout, and AI features.

If you're mad about small changes and you think updates are not important, then go ahead and use a Samsung D600 from 2005, you're not fit for modern-day smartphones.

What if you can't run certain apps because you need the latest Android version? What if an older security patch has a security loophole that makes your phone more vulnerable to getting hacked?

    That's what updates are for. You don't need a genius to tell you that updates are important regardless if you're using a PC, a phone, a TV, or a car infotainment system.

Better buy A55.A56 by rumors will have faster charging, better processor, 12 GB RAM (A55 have it 12 RAM only in India and maybe some others places, but not in world wide. Probably now 12 RAM will be in all world markets) and some more upgrades. Samsung A55 is good choice too, but i think newest models is always better to buy for more benefits. Probably will be more years of major updates, but i can't confirm that.

                What visible change did you notice from android 13?. The option to set the auto clear cache (optimise) time was removed and forced as when needed in the android 13. Also you cannot flash older version. Still I flashed only the CP and home csc files for the S20 FE 5G Indian variant from the 1st android 13 patch to make jio 5G 3500 MHz (band 78) work in android 13. But the capturing of jio 5G 700 MHz needs to be upgraded to non reversible 3rd android 13 patch. No way to make 5G work officially in android 12 (samsung is purposefully limiting) Understood?.

                Android 14 : We cannot disable the recycle bin in the gallery and the my files app (but can disable in the samsung sms app). The voice typing mic icon is placed in the bottom left corner than appearing above the keyboard bar till android 13 (above keyboard bar was easy).

                Android 15 : same as android 14

                Android 16 (predicted) : edge panel will be removed.

                You are a smartphone illiterate. Go and use 2G phones before using a smartphone.

                                  [deleted post]I force stop, (storage) clear cache and remove from the recent list for all the one time apps after finished using.

                                  In this way, I didn't feel any difference in the phone speed in S20 FE 5G, A52s 5G and A55. The chipset change, camera position change are just shameless marketing gimmics.

                                  Compare only the camera specs of A52s 5G (except 64 MP), A53, A54 and A55. Then you will come to know.

                                  Only difference :
                                  When used Sony MDR-XB55AP and XB70AP bass earphones, the bass effect in the Samsung Note 4 is still the peak followed by A9 pro 2016, S20 FE 5G, A52s 5G and A55 (got reduced in the future models).
