3.5 mm hole, IR blaster and the telephoto lens instead of Macro lens are still keeping this phone away from becoming the 'Phone for Everybody' ... Add these features and sell at this price, It will outsell any phone worldwide—my advice to Samsung.

Tonite I went to a Samsung Experience Store and got a feel for the A55. it felt big and wide and uncomfortable to hold as it's edges dig into your palm (just under the thumb) it felt so cheap compared to the S24 in terms of grip and comfort. Just that aspect alone swayed me from buying the A55.
IF you are into Samsung as I am (currently still using the S8+, the S10+ Performance edition and A33 5G). Just comparing the A35 to the A33 (of 2022) on the spec sheet CLEARLY it is not a worthwhile upgrade ESPECIALLY as the price of the used 8/256 is only HALF of it's original launch price. Just keep the damn thing LOL.
After 3 incremental changes into the A35 there is no real reason to upgrade, especially since the A33 will still be receiving 4 Android Upgrades.
The Ridiculous Price that the A35 commands is clearly absurd and the same applies to the A55 (extremely overpriced). Better OFF buying a new S23

I agree. It's worthy to spend for their flagship rather than the mediocre specced A series. If anyone looking for a sub $400 phone it's best to look for their ex flagships; S21 Ultra, S22 etc. Much better value.

It's OK, really. I use "Battery Saver" all the time and I'm getting around 3 days between charges, so can't complain. I'm even enoying the 60 Hz experience from energy savings.

A55 has a bigger screen, bigger battery and longer OS updateable - up to Android 18 (A52s ends on ver.14) - I think now the A55 looks like the real successor of A52s.

A55 UFS storage rating is 3.1, improved from A52s older 2.1 UFS spec.. This is key for RAMPlus, as well as fast data access. A55 do offer a 12GB RAM if opted with the 256GB storage. So It may be a very good gaming phone and very comparable to Qualcom SD 7 Plus Gen2.

Also both of these not available for US market purchase. There seem to be a pattern eh- I noticed these models are 'extraordinary' models that separate them from the other A5x series..
The obvious negative about the A55 - it is overprice. its competing with S23 FE, which is why it not offer for US market. and also no 3.5mm audio port for wired headset.
