For those who in same boat as me :D Volte is on by defult in samsung. this is from XDA forum. :;; I figured this out after a search through the phone settings.
The phone turns on Volte by default as soon as you switch to the 5G/4G modes for unlocked models in the US. You can verify this by going to
Settings >> About Phone >> Status Information >> Sim Card Status >> Mobile Voice Network Type
( or just use the search bar and type "Voice Ne" )

A55 s24 fe not showing. Strange that in other countries you can select it menu but in some don`t. My operator says it on by default So i don't´t know what to think. No volte setting and when i make a call it shows HD and it´s not volte.

So I bought Samsung Note 4, then a9 pro 2016, then two S20 FE 5G (one as new from offline store and another as refurbished but looking new from amazon India), A52s 5G and now A55 5G. Oldies are Nokia 3510i, 1108, 1280, N79, 5320 expressmusic, asha 202, N8 (2 handsets), 808 pure view. All are working fine. But Nokias and Note will die if I don't get spare battery. I have 3 for each model. But 2 of them got bulged over time.

This model is awesome, but maybe further models which one of it will be A56 will be soon and maybe better a little bit. But do not understand me wrong, i like A55 so much and i will advice to buy it, but i writing you honest, A55 released March 2024, so A56 probably will release the same time in 2025. So maybe to wait and to buy newer model will be smarter idea? Model A56 will be newer and probably with some newer and maybe better stuff. A55 you can buy when release A56 if you don't like it. I am sure A55 price will be less then now that day.

I thought in Sweden where is Telia center and Tele2 which is Scandinavia operator provider too will give VoLTE services for Sweden's or all Scandinavia's customers. Looks like that not true, how writing this member here. Really awful situation.

As i know in your region, if to write more precisely in some Baltic States countries the same providers both have VoLTE and VoWiFi services. In this model working. Just Telia have for contract customers, TELE2 have for contract customers and prepayment customers. I don't know about Scandinavia countries liek Sweden, but i'm a little bit shocked right now that Telia do not have VoLTE for Samsung A55, because it center of Telia is in Sweden and i though here customers getting all services. Well, i hope it will come later and i wish you soon this services, because it's really working awesome for me.
