Also, Samsung is doing the modern equivalent of what Nokia used to do back then, which is none other than using ODMs (Nokia relied on Foxconn and Compal, while Samsung on Wingtech nowadays), as well as refusing to drive innovation. Nokia always had the upper hand on optimization, whereas Samsung/Wingtech blatantly lacks it.
