If there is no update to 7.1.1 or 8.0 stop buying Samsung phones.

using from October 17, all i can say that it's awesome
built quality. phone design is exceptional, looks premium in hand
display is brighter, camera is good in sun lights only
            battery backup is good,
only the one lag is that there is no notifications led
            overall a good product

In both cases, I advise you to visit a nearby authorized Samsung service center for help. Please don't try to do any fix by yourself. Regards.

My A5 2016, shuts down all of sudden when there is enough batter left..25%-35%..sometimes more. The problem is also that it has to be connected to a Power supply to restart..When I power it, the battery rises to 25-35% and then I can restart the phone and leave it on charge to use it. Please can anyone tell me whats wrong here and whats the solution??? Thanks in advance.

A5 2016 launched 2 months after the release of marshmallow, but still the phone came with android lollipop and then was upgraded to 6.0 and 7.0 , as midranges get 2 major updates. upgrading to 6.0 doesn't count and this is what samsung does. ....this is 2018 samsung and this trick is not gonna work anymore or you ll start lossing customers.............i mean for the price i bought this phone i could have got oneplus 5 rightnow....

If they're not going to update our A5's to Oreo then at leat they should upgrade them to Nougat 7.1.1 or send us a little update to the latest Samsung experience.

Don't they want my next phone to be Samsung?
