Raju, 08 Dec 2017I have purchased this 10 months ago. My last update August.... moreProbably it's because Samsung is delivering the updates in different time sequences for each country i live in germany and have a galaxy a5 2016 too
I've gotten the Android 7.0 update in August 2017 and the last update that i got was yesterday which Android do you have currently ??

Raj, 04 Dec 2017I have A5 but everytime I need to put my WiFi password afte... moreHi Raj, start with a basic method of restarting your device. If still the issue persists, then delete the WiFi network & re-configure it as a fresh start. Mostly your issue would resolve.

Can't even... morethat s true dude about quality but you can choose other smartphone like nowadays a lot phone better than samsung like xiaomi huawei n etc. yeah apple its better performance but its up to you what we like. if you very dissapointed this phone just move ontry to try iphone.

I have this problem for so much time! And I don't even have any apps open. Always close them. Ok? Sorry for being mad. I am pissed because of samsung "quality". Wtf man iphone 4 from 2010 and still going very well. Galaxy alpha in 3 months became a piece of sh*t! This one as well. The glue between the digitizer and glass started to pop off. Home button almost broke. Not even 24 months...
This is my expeience. Call me an apple fan. I DON'T CARE!

ind, 02 Dec 2017thats nice...sir but i have not installed any battery saver... moreOne more thing to add, if you are using official Facebook app, then it also can be the reason. As it alones consumes much battery & space along with ram. Rather, disable the offical Fb app & use Facebook lite & see the difference.

It may be some notorious app or some background sync enabled in your device which is using up the battery. Once check in Device Maintenance that exactly where is the battery getting used. You can try uninstalling the apps you don't really use or some third party apps like battery saver, as these apps just show fancy things but don't really help. If still the problem continues, it is recommended to factory reset your device.
