If I just wanted a phone that's just works, runs fluid and smooth in terms of UI experience, long battery life, expandable storage then A56 it is.

While the performance is awesome, S6 is just disappointing in terms of battery life.
Gonna replace it with S7 edge soon though. lol

    I am looking for a new phone for a long time now. And I came across two phones that I liked the a5 2016 and the galaxy s5 neo (or new edition). I looked the specs of this two phones and they have the same chipset, ram, screen. Basically the difference between than is the camera a5 13mp s5 16mp, both have f1.9. And the s5 neo is 64 bits as the a5 isn't. And the benchmark scores off both are basically the same difference maybe of 1 or 2 %. I was wondering with one should I chose as I can find both for the same price right now in my country.

        JBee, 27 Feb 2016Wow that is a fantastic result!Yes. I got almost the same result at 6hrs and 50 minutes screen on time. Mix of wifi browsing, youtube, social apps, light gaming.
        My S6 can barely go over 3hrs of SoT lol. A56 battery is impressive indeed and A76 would perform much better because of larger battery capacity of 3300mah.

        There's still around 10-15 percent of battery left it would go 7hours of SoT if I would deplete its battery.

              Got mine. so far so good no issues .. the camera is great. the speaker may not be that so loud.

                      The only advantage that A52016 has over A72016 is the smaller form factor at 5.2 inch which is the best size for a smartphone IMO(5.0-5.3). A72016 is in the phablet category in terms of size.
                      Its still a matter of preference though if you want a bigger phone.

                          mona, 29 Feb 2016OTG s there or not? Yes, there is OTG support for Galaxy A5 (2016) I've currently used a 16GB. However, the phone can power on an external drive, but won't be able to access it since it's too big. The device can only read up to 128GB I think.
