Bought this phone a week ago.
It's the best phone ever.
You get everything for $350.
Cost isn't a factor for me. I'm coming from note 5, s6, edge, iPhone 6s, mate s,OPX.
I chose this phone for the legendary battery life and dual sim as I travel a lot.
It's excellent in everything. Best form factor. Beautiful design. Little curved screen. Beautiful in hand. OIS camera. Finger print. Dual sim and SD card.
Feels very premium in hand a lot better than s6. 5.2 inch is the best screen size. Very fast charging. Never heats.
Easily 2 days battery life even fit a very heavy user like me.
Never got back home with less than 50%.
You'll only need screen and back protectors to mitigate slippery glass.
I used leather sticker for back and skinomi screen protector that's anti finger print and anti glare for $12.
Very much recommended.

Mine gets hot too when charging the battery, maybe because of the adaptive fast charger. Try to use a non-fast charger and check if the phone will experience the same. Overall, the phone is amazing and no heating issues when playing games or videos.

A 5.2-inch phone, the Galaxy A5 (2016) is shockingly well made: sturdy metal frame, beautiful glazed glass (Gorilla Glass 4 at that) on the back and front (with pleasingly rounded edges), very compact size with minimal side bezels.

First I wanted a iPhone 6s plus, than I understood that I don't want to pay that much for a phone, and this - Samsung A5 (2016) -, is so damn good. It feels like 800 euro phone. It has got a lot of features from high end phone and doesn't cost that much. Can't wait to get that phone.
