The design is elegan... moreYes, I have noticed the same and I really take care to always charge it only when it says connect charger and with its original charger (fast charging), never leave it on charger for longer period than needed - disconnect it on 100% - but still it looks like you described. It can be even noticed that back panel has separated just a little bit around volume up/down buttons. However battery is actually very good and lasts 2 days and more, since I am not a heavy user.

Guys , I need help :(
My a5(2016) drains battery fast when it is turned off.It went from 20% to 6%.This occurs after the software update ( marshmallow ).
Anyone knows how to solve this problem ? Or any of you have this problem too ?

I have read online:
1. Discharge the phone untill it shuts down
2. Turn it on again and let it shut down again.
3. Charge the phone without turning it on. When it says 100% plug out the charger and turn it on. If the percentage is not 100 % plug it in until it it says 100 %
4. Discharge the phone untill it shuts down
5. Charge it without using it.
Than the battery percentage will be reseted.

I got mine yesterday. Excellent phone. But, when battery percentage goes under 12 % the battery drains a lot faster and when I go to charge my phone at 4%, the moment when I plug it in it drops to 0% percent. Does anyone have this phone and how to solve it? please answer

gab, 25 Jan 2017The phone is keep on turning on and off, this happens sever... moreYour either must have installed corrupted APK files on your device or it has got virus from memory card or OTG. Anyway you have to hard reset your device at once along with formating the memory card. This way you will lost the data on the device, but not in server account.
