It's been one month since I bought a5 2016, It's great in performance and everything. Except for it's fast charging ability. It takes about 3 hours to charge even with it's own fast charger. but the battery lasts longer than other phones.

As i said, this phone is recent, one week, and i exchange it for another yesterday, and it still happens. I dont have any memory card insert, cause the old one broken.
I really dont know what to do. My previous phone was Samsung J5(2015) and non of this happened.

Second uninstall any third party video app. I use Samsung Music, video and Youtube on my A5 which works well. Third scan the device using a good antivirus app like Norton. Fourth format the memory card and try it, if the problem persist than try another memory card, please go for class memory card by either Samsung or Sony.

Hi,
I bought this phone one week ago, and I started noticing some issues with it. On Snapchat I record a video and after I send it to someone when I try to record a second one I keep getting an error that says "error on recording video" multiple times. On Youtube watching a video the image keeps freezing while the sound runs smooth.
I already changed the phone for a new one but the same model and those problems remain.
Can someone please help me?

i have A5 2015 i like it because it does not have any bugs,and about battery...its wery gratefoulu and it take abou 40 min to fully charge.Maby you have worng charger.If you use old charger of phones wich had baterry with 1200mha than its obvious it take long time to charge 2900 mha.Logical thing.Buy new charger for phones that have batery 2600-3200mha poyy
