I kept this phone for 4 years before getting a Google Pixel 7 Pro, and while I appreciated the phone, I could never imagine myself using it for 6 years, and I don't think it would realistically last that long either. Did he swap out the battery for a new one?

                        Good phone, but i "cracked" it to Lineage OS 18.1 (Android 11). The performance is better 1.5x. I love this phone, but i wanna buy a new A34.

                          A great phone, I've been using it for 5 years now, excellent battery (lasts from morning till evening) and camera. Compared to other upper mid range phones from 2017, it is awesome. I don't use it for gaming but for standard everyday use, bought 32gb memory card for pics and videos.

                            The speaker on this phone is WAY too quiet. Even at full volume you can barely hear anything at all. You need to install a volume booster app JUST for this phone to be at least adequate for media consumption in general. That alone is a red flag, and I don't recommend anyone get the 2017 model Samsung Galaxy A5. Even the 2015 and 2016 models had a louder speaker output.

                              Just swapped the battery. Not easy an easy thing. Truly waterproof.

                              Will keep it until Samsung start producing 2017 quality again.

                                  Visitor, 14 Jul 2023Good phone, but nowadays, I have problem to install new app... morehey mister, id like to tell you that the stuck shadows on your screen are called stuck pixels it will happen to your phone when youre on a screen too long it may be a system or screen issue it will happen sooner or later on older or budget phones.

                                    Good phone, but nowadays, I have problem to install new app (like MS Word) that doesn't work anymore with the android version of this phone.

                                    Also, the screen became a little strange, with some signs of my keyboard and some icons forever "printed" lightly on the screen, it's like some kind of shadow.
