      Dont update your phone further. I have also not updated my phone from september 2019. And My phone is working fine have no issues.

        I recently noticed that the mobile networks (sim card networks and mobile data) of my A5 2017 gone suddenly very bad after using my phone for around 3 years. But Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are working just fine, any ideas about the problem??

          I bought it semi-new, and sent it to repair.
          Sometimes the vibration returned, but it was temporary.

            coys, 06 Mar 2020are you get that? A5 2017 will not ge pie update except for ROM non official software you have to install yourself. But I prefer official softwares only.

                You can do a complete reset of your phone.
                If that doesn't work, kindly you have to change your battery.
                Even if after that it doesn't work, then the short is in the motherboard. In that case you have to see a technician.

                  I have been using this phone for around 3 years it was perfect just until few days ago it became really slower and the battery drains very fast overnight and during day even without using the phone. Any ideas guys to solve these problems??

If this dont work then you must do few things. Change the charger and the cable. If the problem its still there then you should go to the shop and buy a spray for cleaning electric parts like usb ports, then spray all ports in phone in cable and in the charger and try again. Last is to make a factory reset. If nothing help then you will know that you have broken usb port in the phone and you need to go to the service centee

                                  Hello.
                                  I have used this Phone for 2.5 years without problems but now my phone just wont fast charge. It charges really slow. Like 10% in about 40 minutes. I've even tried different chargers. Can anybody explain how to solve this problem?
