but they said 3 mnths not completed so we can't take ur phn to service.
also they said if u upadte this urself the warrenty will expire i fought with them and record their video and told them i will upload on social media then they are ready to accept my phn. then while removing sim slot they broke my simslot and blames me for that.. what a pathetic samsung service never accpect from samsung

i m regreting and ... moreMy phone was purchased last January 31. Everything is still perfect. Maybe your phone has a factory defect? IMO, Samsung should replace units behaving weirdly compared to other users. Other nougat users of this phone even received a better performance and battery life, while others don't see changes.
Also, I've noticed most employees on samsung retail stores aren't totally knowledgeable about the phone they are selling.

i m regreting and feeling very cry to bought this device..
28 march when i bought this a5 2017 28900
in july it slashed to 22900 thats the samsung's cheap thing....
it hangs alot. when i update this to 7.0 nougut
then my starts behaving like shit..
then i went to samsung care they downgarde my phn to 6.0
what the shit they are.
the engineer did not know the speling of scratch, issue,problem
when i told them to what you did its downgarded now to 6.0 then they said its latest os in market..
what the shit
i came home and now my phn behaving like bullshit.
it takes full charged 2 to 2.5 hrs
hangs a lot.
network issue camera pathetic
i went to samsung care they said we can't take your phn cz 3mnths not completed to ur phns previous service
i was fan of samsung but now 👎👎

On UK unbranded and still, no 7.0 Updates on this phone is just terrible. It should never have been released on 6.0. 7.0 in itself is out of date. The S7 got 7.0 late last year. Oreo is out and here we are waiting for an update for 7.0 which was released over a year ago now. Samsung isn't the fastest for updates we know this but updates on this phone are the slowest of the lot, it's like Samsung don't care.
