You have to try a few times to get it right. If you exceed a certain number of tries, it will lock the phone for a minute. If you keep trying it will lock the phone for 10 mins, then 60 mins...
I'd say 70% of the time it is easier to swipe and punch in your PIN to unlock the phone.

If you got it from your mobile provider then it's okay but if you got it from some filthy retailer i don't know then. On the box it has to be written made in Vietnam. Check the Imei on the box and on your phone. Is there any match? Is the phone made of glass? Its screen is amazingly good.

I bought this one yesterday. I saw video quality is not good.. Poor display.. I have a another phone Huawei y5.. I am watching same song on both mobile. Huawei y5 playing clear video then a5.. In galaxy a5 display like a 3gp.. Please guys help me.. I download 250 video song but same thing again.. My galaxy a5 original or not? ..i have manufactured in Vietnam

The nougat update now have reached in Italy im from Macedonia and here in Macedonia we are still waiting Sloveni got the Nougat Update until 31 August A5 2017 will be updated all over the world

A5 2017 Nougat already roll out all European countries on 3rd Aug same date. Asian countries pending and they have realse I think end of September after July security patch

They are updating 2 countries Day after day so about 200 countries In world What they are testing Its very shame updating process of samsung Same devices same hardware But no they want to release country by country its big joke.....

Check the countries that the update reach at samsung firmware database for A5 2017...Every day the update reach more countries...I believe until the end of the month we will all be updated...
