I have a problem with my galaxy A5 2017 where i can only tap but can't "tap and hold" the screen more then 3 seconds..I think its the firmware defect after installing a new software update..need help :(

I installed every update till today and there is no diference in performance of the phone at all

A5 2017 is a worth buying smartphone. It is better to introduce as almost flagship. When it comes to battery life, camera, speed, build quality, this is amazing....love it!!!

Since i bought this phone, i never update, anyone here who update? The last i look, the update size is 270+ mb or higher, i just dont want to update and get dissapointed if the performance or camera quality get down.
