This phone has been my buddy for 2 years. I recommend it. It's still functional and the only thing that has worn out is it's battery. If you want to get it please do. It's really good

    Yuhuuuu!!!!!! In Romania the second software update is coming right now for A5 2017! The package has 89.93 MB and includes the latest security level for March. Security pach 1 March. I can not believe that after a package of 234.00 MB the second software package comes with 89.93MB for March while the A8 2018 is still on February 1, 2019

I hoped you understand :). I really dont care about 8.1, 9.0, 10.0, the phone is working and thats what i care. I have apps what will never be updated for soft higher than 8.0 , so if I will download Pie, then I will kill them and stay with non usable phone for me. :)

                          This phone will not get even 8.1 oreo. So don't think about pie. Another thing is i m in India having exynos variant receiving security patches every month, well in time. No delay

I'm stuck on January 1st. As for 9.0 Pie this model does not think it gets anything! sure remains stuck at Oreo 8.0.0.

                                    Still waiting for the February and March security patch. Why first we had monthly updates and now every 2 or 3 month? It seems clear to me Samsung is putting this phone behind and don't think it will get Pie in the future..

                                      Great design,nice camera,very good performanse overall awesome mobile phone.
