A5/A7 2017 were released with an outdated 6.0.1 marshmallow while other phones released at the same time were running nougat.
Samsung claims that it gives A series phones 2 major updates but this was not technically 2 major updates because they were released with an outdated os version an unfair update policy for the A5/A7 2017 users,we consider this cheating!

my A5 is very slow and the screen freezes a lot sometimes it turns off on its own and some app are always closed by the phone even the operating system closes

And here it is that mid-November 2018 received Nougat and even the last version 8.1.0. with Samsung Experience 9.5. So Samsung's policy could change now and it is not excluded that the A5 2017 will go to 9.0 Pie

Right click and chose update driver

We still are getting... moreno A5 2017 wont receive android pie because this phone was released with android marshmallow and samsung gives only 2 major update,already a5 2017 got nougat and oreo so no android pie for a5 2017 ( i have A5 2017 as daily driver i will be really happy i a5 2017 get pie but oreo update already tanked battery life so android pie will nuke batterylife)

However, it does not seem right for the J7 2016 to be upgraded (upper version) and the A5 2017 to remain a lower version of Android. I think he will get Pie 9.0 right after the A8 2018. We'll see soon!

J7 2016 has just received the Oreo 8.1 with Samsung Experience 9.5 update in Romania, which means that the A5 2017 becomes eligible updated on Android 9.0 Pie along with the A8 2018.

My galaxy has a problem it doesnt connect to pc i enable developer and turn on the usb debuging but it doesnt work do you think the problem is from the phone or the cable. and the cable is orginal
