Not impresed, 13 Aug 2018Had a few Samsung phones over the past 5 years yet the A5 i... moreThat's so weird! I use the alarm all the time and never had any problem. Try factory reset! It's a great phone if it doesn't work properly they should change it where you bought it!

Had a few Samsung phones over the past 5 years yet the A5 is the pits. It never came in contact with water or moisture yet the alarm goes off and you must restart the phone if you want to charge it.
It decide on its own it does not have an sim card in it - and you can only make emergency calls.
I am tied in a 2 year contract with this phone and Vodacom cannot/would not help me.
