And as for slower 4G speeds in the Nokia 6.1 (not sure if that's actually the case or if it's just a typo from GSMA's end) that's purely a hardware limitation. I'll take smoothness and looks of pure Android any day over gimmicky features offered in Samsung UX.

Shamesung releasing July Security Patch for A5 2017 but on other side we are on May Security Patch And didn't Received Oreo,, Why Shamesung Why, if Shamesung continues to Disrespect Users in future they will Only Sell Amoled Displays And parts, that's ur feature i see, Release Oreo Update which was Initially Released 3 months Ago is Rocket Science For Samsung,, Now don't release Oreo, learn something from yesterday Established Company Nokia Providing Updates on time abd here huge company takes months to complete rollout updates of same spec model totally Shame...

i purchased it. its smooth and the water resistant is good for a mid ranger. oreo updated today.
gaming performance is also good

Got update July 9th 2018 1680 MB, seems to be a little sluggish will need to factory reset phone to be sure.

We paid almost 500 us to get this phone and other paid 300 to 350 usd, this is how Samsung treat us the less who pay get security patches updates faster more who paid have to wait if shamesung in mood of releasing updates then they will release it..explain that logic everywhere A5 2017 got same specs everything sames and other 95% world user got updates they didn't complain any bug so why we haven't got update totally shame policy of shamesung,, point is that 400 billion worth company only have ability to update one device at a time that Shame and unacceptable... Ok

Stop crying about the Oreo update.It will come at everyone at a point.I waited almost a year to get my Nougat on my old J5 2016,when a lot of countries already got the update

This is very good phone..i ever used by samsung...last one year i used this phone..my opinion is better battery life even i upgraded to oreo.... reasonable performance..not prefer to gamers..i very satisfied with this phone..except camera..
before i used galaxy s4....very crap phone..

Anonymous, 07 Jul 2018Samsung Deserve Eggs u Said R8 For update Apple and Nokia a... moreI think the main reason for buying a galaxy phone is because of amoled display and its beautiful deeper blacks and punchier colours but if we we look at the other side Samsung lacks stability in their ux, way behind other competitors in terms of software update, very pricey when it's launch, no sense of making glass back phone until you include wireless charging in short Samsung lacks a lot of things in many department. Nokia is going to be a huge name in near future in an android after pixels.

Rauf, 07 Jul 2018I am going to place order for mi 8 selling a5 2017.....If quick updates you want so choose Nokia brother or I honestly suggest you to pick an iPhone 7 and forget everything for at least 4 years
