can I use both sim card with exatra 16 gb memory card in a5 duas....or I get hybrid card slot in a5 duas....I want both sim active as well as expandable 16gb use with it

My phone fell from a 3 feet height and the screen broke inspite of a protective glass. But the real problem was when i took it to the service centre i was told that because the phone type cannot be opened from the back (nonremovable batteries) they would have to use a powerful suction to remove the display glass and i would have to pay for any part that gets damaged in the process. I even had to pay for a new home button! While purchasing I specifically asked how they would service the phone if something went wrong and they said it would be easy. I ended up paying almost half the price of the phone! They have returned to me the previous parts of my phone which they replaced. It's unbelievable they have no other way of servicing the phone!

Does this phone have random pin settings? Like when you lock the phone, the pin appears as random numbers so you can have 8 as the first number instead of 1?

Finally got a lollipop 5.0.2 upgrade, awesome experience phone is faster and sleeker.
No regret in purchasing this device. Great camera and its design is great...

Anyone had issue regarding A5 not detect by PC/laptop using USB cable even after installing "samsung switch" and "kies". Also the two software has message saying device not compatible.

Kamlakant, 01 Nov 2015I think after updating Android L mobile's download speed is slowno changes in downloading performance after updating to lollipop ..... phone has become much better... If speed problem continues.... please clear ram and unwanted files..
