My only question is about the battery life. How is its on screen battery life?? How many hours it serves while a bit xtra using? Please help real users? How is its cpu+gpu performance? Is it worth of money to buy?

Hello friends.....
after updatind lolipop fone battery back_up give less
almost 3 to 4 hour battery backup is less
i hope soon samsung will reslove this problem

Samsung Galaxy A5 and A5 Duos receiving Android Lollipop 5.0.2 update in India since last week.
Problems Solved after update:
1.Auto brightness of display and GUI improved.
2.Loudspeaker is much more crispier and louder now.
3.WiFi and Network signals are stronger than before.
4.Primary camera's Auto focus is much more accurate and faster.
5.Accurate maps and GPS.
6.Perfect switching between 3G and 2G network when kept on Auto Network mode.
7.Touch sensitivity improved after update, it really feels good now.
Problems arised after update:
1.Phone heating a little bit but no issue of battery draining,no change in the battery backup.
Note: If phone starts lagging after update follow the instructions:
1.Allow all the software updates to complete fully.
2.Update all the apps installed.
3.Allow the play store to get updated (it updates automatically).
4.Clean Junk by installing the app like clean master.
5.Remove the SD card (if inserted) after selecting unmount option in storage.
6.Switch off the phone.
7. Press the Home key + Volume up key + Power Key simultaneously.
8.Mobile phone vibrates and starts in BOOT Menu.
9.Select the Clear/wipe phone cache partition by pressing volume keys up/down.
10.Press power on/off button to clear the cache partition.
11.Select the reboot system now and press the power on/off button to restart the phone.
12.Insert SD card when the mobile phone restarts successfully.
Believe me guys Samsung Galaxy A5 is the best smart phone available in the market after update, Only care must be taken during the update.
No Competition for this phone at the price of Rs.18000 in the market.
It has got decent camera,decent battery backup,nice feel,slim fit,AMOLED display,gorilla glass 4,light weight,very low SAR value, and also the additional improvements stated above with the latest Android version.
Please don't listen to the rumors and fake reviews like Samsung phone hangs a lot, its got cheap plastics, poor battery backup.....etc. Samsung has drastically improved the software and hardware now and don't forget its the giant in the smartphone market. No more lags no more hangs no more cheap plastic design. Also Samsung has lower SAR values than all other brands.
