I did the update about a month ago.
My A6+ suffered from charging issues (terribly slow charging). The phone "fixed itself" two weeks later.
Other users here comment about the device being laggy after the update. But that I didn't notice immediately. Just in past two weeks. So yesterday I did that clear cache partition thing and it obviously works better.
Actually, IMO, the worst thing about this phone is the Samsung Camera App which is only a bit better after the 9.0 Pie update. Seriously, I suppose it's not only about this phone. My old S2 i9100 and even more HTC One Mini 2 had far better stock camera apps. AND - (at least as I've tried) - no raw format from camera from this phone.

Pie update is awesome and only one problem with update, that is, Battery Drayning, If anyone knows the solution, please reply me to solve the battery drayning problem.

Seems to be a consensus (except for fanboys) that Samsung missed up big time with this A6 plus garbage...
I hope they can do anything to fix whatever is left!

I must say I'm really enjoying the Pie update. After the update, I did not do any factory reset but cleared cleared cache partition. For a while it seems it was going to be leggy but now it has totally settled and running beautifully. I love Samsung.

Please help! Maybe is stupid question. I would like to do factory reset but how to save my photos and videos before? My A6+ is very laggy now after update on Pie. Also, one thing, I am little bit scaried for my instagram profile after factory reset, because some people cannot reach their account when once log out :D

After 6 months use, Camera image quality has reduced, To many problems. Samsung using very cheap low quality hardwares for their mid range phones, very bad, Don't buy this phone. Everyone spending hard earned money for long lasting thing but Samsung unable to do it.

Just updated to pie today in pakistan. Device is a little slow and laggy and face unlock doesn't work anymore. Overall not a good update so far.

Worst product. On my first day of purchase, it gpt Blank within an hour. As I contacted the Samsung Service center, made me wait for whole day, provided with anew piece later. Within few months got the Blank screen again. Service person said that it Display as broken internalyy, without any Scratch or Crack on the Screen, so is the reason Warranty Not Applicable.. Contacted Custmr care, asking What's the Use of giving rigid Gorilla glass without providing any protection to internal parts.., but no response.. How one could break internal part without causing any damage to external..That too without dropping the mobile from any height.. Ended Up with their Shitty answers..

So far the pie update is fine for me. In general, the phone became more responsive once I deleted all of the bloatware.
