Previously i ... morei agree with you. it captures low details especially letters and colors on camera. although i like how bright the pictures it takes. low light photo quality sucks. but i love the dual camera depth effect.
i have a j7 pro phone before and it captures more details and sharpness although it's quite underexposed and it doesn't have dual camera. if only the a6+ have the same sony sensor just like in j7 pro then it would be a really great phone.

Previously i ... moreThe camera is not bad like you think but i have observed the pictures come out a bit greyish when taking pictures in daylight with brightness set to maximum. So you should possibly avoid full brightness when taking pictures in daylight. Apart from this the camera is nice and ok for the average photographer.

If you want a set brightness when viewing youtube videos just disable auto brightness from the notifications panel. With the video contrast like i said every youTube video comes with it's own quality, whiles playing the video youTube automatically adjust the quality, contrast and everything based on your network strength but you can manually do that too. Most videos come with 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p and 1080p. You can chose any one you want. All the best.

Good phone but camera quality is very bad.
Previously i had Lg L bello. It had 8mp rear camera. It was far better than a6 plus rear camera.
1)When taking photos in day light over exposing is big issue. Background turn in to white and very low details.
2)A6 plus can't focus small objects. So this phone is not capable with macro photography
3) 24mp selfie camera is a joke. It gives very smooth low detailed pictures. In low light conditions situation more worse.
If you love photography this is not the phone.

I have purchased Galaxy A6+ at INR 13000 (USD 185)
after exchanging my old guy Galaxy J7 in India.
I love the UI. I always love UI of Samsung ,it is much better than stock android and other OEMs UI.
I am waiting for Dual 4G VoLTE support.
But device is very good.
Only few cons like Type C , SD450 and No IP rating(Galaxy A7 2017 is IP68).
This year Samsung downgrade Galaxy A series than last year. Hopefully 2019 is leasson learing for Samsung and launch better devices at good price than Chinese OEM.

Also brightness when put on auto will automatically adjust based on available light in your room or surroundings.

have you ever noticed that when using Youtube? the brightness, contrast and color change a little bit?
is there anyway i can disable this? because i am scared that my phone might get screen burn in by this. it happened on my other Samsung J series phone by watching Youtube.

I have got new update for two weeks and it got dual volte and AR emoji.. this phone has good multimedia experience like watching video and sound with headset. besides, the battery is okay for daily use. No heavy gaming.. , the camera is just okay.. in low light just okay.. but for video, it is the worst..
In my country indonesia, the ram is4gb and internal memory is also only 32gb..
The body is metal and feels heavy.
My baby daughter dropped it once and got easily dented at right bottom..
the metal body is kinda easily scratched and am afraid it will leave marks. So better, put it in case..

Anonymous, 21 Dec 2018I don't have enough money, but when I have, I will buy all.The A series is premium than J series so don't make the mistake of buying J8...go for A6+. It has full HD+ whiles J8 only has 720p.
