Why are Samsung offering a device that will probably ship for nearer to €400 in some markets with a Snapdragon 450? The competition is pretty stiff these days in the lower end of the market. Samsung may find it's place near the top slipping away by offering under powered devices that'll be outclassed by cheaper offerings by many of their competitors.

The only good thing about Samsung now are their flagships.
They are losing the low-middle range market cause Sammy has this Apple mindset to sell their mediocre spec'ed phone for a premium price.
