It is not good at all, Camera is freezing and not working from time to time. Touch is very bad. I bought the phone year ago, and regret for that.

dopla, 10 Aug 2019after you update. you need to do to factoru reset and all ... moreI have done everything factory reset ,hard factory reset,and i went in samsung workshop they did all these bit still its same after new update still its same.please fix it samsung

Still after an update...network issue exists.....Samsung plz do something.....to rectify it...we r suffering bcz of this ..Plz

Even after the update people are still facing signal, battery drain,more hanging issues...etc...
This is extremely frustrating!
I think A6+ with it's SD 450 is far from handling Android 9.. and definitely won't handle 10!

I'm sorry to ... moreA6+ has some QA issues, I have seen a few bad batches with defective memory/NAND.
But other batches seem great, no lags, working excellent. It's a shame this phone had to suffer such an issue!

After security patch update 01 July 2019...i have signal problem.....it suddenly goes off.....did any1 of u facing this problm...i had asked my frnds those who r hv A6 +...they are also facing same problem.its really annoying whn we are in urgent calls..... Is there any other people facing this problem here ?.? How can we address this issue to SAMSUNG officials to resolve it...kindly help !!!

sverything is ok but battery life and folder animation are lagging and camera is a little pixelated so we need a 9.1
