Rear camera lense is so flimsy it cracks at a touch and then the warranty is void. Very disappointing for a claimed great phone to include substandard materials.

its a trashy phone..mine just died as we speak..after so many blackouts and one reset it just gave up i guess..only had it for 6 months..it wont turn on again..no one should waste their money on this phone

never buy metal phone. once it fal on d floor u wl know it. the color wl comeout and it wil get dent. i bought it for its beauty nw it look so ugly .n its jus 5months old. plastic mobile are beter. nvr to buy useless samsung mobile more.

If you want to use it for calling surfing etc,then you can go for it.Rather than that don't expect much from it .It will simply lag if you try to play simple games in it.I wanted it for heavy use(graphics intensive games)but I made the biggest mistake of my life wasting 30k.So if you want a phonew for show-off then go for it.Mind you Samsung will not be responsible for any software related lagging or slowdown. So if you are a heavy user don't who uses lot of heavy apps (high graphics games etc) never buy this phone,as you will regret it.Always buy a phone which performs well, not looks beautiful. From my experience I will never buy a Samsung phone again .

I have A7 FD. I only have it for 6 months. Battery was good when I had Kitkat. Just updated to Lollipop last mo and battery is really draining so fast. Even if i put it on power saving it still doing the same. I always close apps that I don't use and have just very few apps. Not even using it for games because of it's too short battery life. Please solve this battery issue with A7. And please make the marshmallow avail for it.

my A 7 2016 samsung phone is took by last. 02 week before.. but my working time in the road... ( past week ). small water beem going to phone .. in side.. now phone is not working...tuch pad and display not working... tuch pad is not a strong ....i am nothing recommended this phone....and i cant repair this.. because tuch panel not available in sri lanka.

Marshmallow is capable for Samsung Galaxy A7. But Samsung not provide any updates for A7.

A big Problem is only for who use two sim and also memory card
only use one sim and memory card
or one sim and one sim.

If u use data connection continuously then naturally battery is going to drain. If this phone doesn't come with marshmallow update and theme stores support I'm going to sell it and will go for Chinese phones at least they give update be it lately.
