my A7 Phone battery is full 100 %, with in 15 mints while i am using whats app it's come to 86 if i continue it's coming down battery life is very poor need to modify

My A7 phone gets into Safe Mode every time. And i find it so hard to get out of it. I tried switching off the mobile so many times. But still couldn't. Please help.

This doesn't support 4G, you need to select 3G and start using the mobile.
if you go and ask the dealer he says that you need to keep the phone in 3G and use.
The worst phone I have never ever used. S3 is better than these stupid A series phones.

i have bought this phone 0n 29/08/15 next day i found i cant open my sim tray of sim1 i went to care they said we cant solve your problem so iam using this phone with sim 2 only so a very poor service from svmsung care

i have recently got the A7
the camera at night is not great
day time is good .
not not as good as the note3 which i previously had .
the like the size and it fits well in the hand .
i would recommend this phone it comes in a good budget and looks great
feels great
solves my purpose.
can get the phone i would rate it 4 and half on 5
