Pixelated ? Do you wear a magnifying lens over your eyes ? Cramming a 400+ ppi screen in a measly 5"-6" body is laughable. That's like trying to fill a 10 litre water tank with 20 litres of water.
Use a TV instead.
No doubt the screen is good on the A7, but the pixelation theory holds no relevance. Maybe, 'oversaturation' is the word you're looking for.

4G doesn't work fine. The phone doesn't support the 4G band (2300) that is used in India. The 4G is meant for usage in Hong kong and China. :(

Do you even know anything about hardware specs of these two mobiles? A7 comes with the latest Snapdragon 615 with adreno 405 gpu while the E7 comes with a crappy age old snapdragon 410 with adreno 306. Besides, there is hell and heaven difference in screen resolution...E7 has an HD screen with 267 ppi pixel density and it really makes the screen pixellated...But the A7 comes with a nice full HD screen with 401 ppi density and I think I don't need to tell you about the screen quality. Also A7 features Samsung's first ever metal unibody design making it the thinnest handset ever produces at only 6.3mm thickness. design wise and performance wise the A7 just kicks ass.
