I noticed that after charged it by 100% and once I open the data using FB it automatically down to 98% after a minute or 2. I have noticed it after the update before the update it takes 10 minutes or more before it gets down 1 or 2 percent lower.

This happens only on Samsung phones with Qualcomm SOC. Mainly because of interference/noise, Samsung phones tend to negotiate a faster Wi Fi link with the router than Chinese phones, and this causes the problem.
