I wonder why people write good comments about it it's such a pathetic phone. I have this device since almost a month now. Not my primary but my third phone. But whenever i use it i feel like putting it in the garbage can. So laggy overall. Very pathetic touchscreen quality. Misses so many touches while typing a message. 3rd class fingerprint. Useless wide angle camera and very low quality speakerphone. Haha still on may security update while my note 9 receives updates on time and so does my mate10. Huawei is superfast with the updates btw.
Very disappointed to use it. The only good thing about this phone is it's battery life. I don't have to charge it everyday.

I am using i... moreThis is a great device it worth's the price, don't mind some of the comments that people write here most of the time they don't even own the device, they are just Haters that owns chinese crap devices and they want us to switch, well on my end I won't change from samsung I've been with them since samsung s1 and I never been disappointed, just for minor things because they are not perfect ,overall they just keep getting better and better.

This is my second comment in the chart of A70. I am using it from 7 days now. This is the middle range smartphone I have been looking for the last 2 months; checking everything to know about it and watching a lot of videos on youtube. I have had the A5(2017) that I returned it back havin 100$ for it. So I did the purchase of the A70 in a hurry knowing everything about and all the characteristics of the A70 in advance. Am I glad with the purchase? Of course I am. This is the phone I liked and I could afford without breaking the bank as it is used to say. I hope the future will bring here more comments how to change settings in this or that or how to get even better performances or talking about updates and what the consumers are waiting from Samsung to improve the A70 and make it even better than it is. I honestly don't agree with many disappointing opinions and experiences of many people that I have read here. We should take advantages learning from people that write here and really know in deep about smartphones. They write clearly and precisely also about the smartphones specification&value thing.

I'm not Samsung fan but today I've tried A70. It never lag. But S10 Plus lags. Just open and close app drawer quickly it will lag like hell. A70 has lag too but barely visible. So A70 is much better and cheaper with better battery life.

Guys I just got an update this morning size 475.72 mb, am so happy samsung fixed the wifi issue connectivity to some routers, I don't know for you guys but i think its faster now, fingerprint is faster too, but my question is why it say may security patch? I was expecting june security patch!!

If lot of tax are applied, they sell the 6 gb variant, so you have the feeling that is costs same as elsewhere. For the user , it should make little difference in performance. I see at aliexpress that there's a 30$ difference between the 8gb and 6gb version.

Amoled on mid-range smartphones (i.e below 400$) is not yet frequent . But yeah, it's progressively happening, they are probably realizing that it's a big incentive to choose one phone over an other. The cheap Infinix Note 6 is with amoled !
I don't see why the A70 would deserve to be called "fake phone", it's the best smartphone I ever got.
Stuff I miss:
- OIS
- Better gorilla glass
- IP68.
For anything else, I just don't care. I'm not sure I'd prefer a pop up camera over a tiny notch. I noticed that smartphone with pop up cam are heavier.
