Ive had my A71 since January 2021. But yesterday a vertical line appeared on the screen. I found out this is an issue to some units. Why?

I have this phone since September 2020 and it works like a beast till today.
Great camera and does not lag. I cannot find a reason to switch. I think it just does not have the latest AI features, but I doubt if I will ever use it.
I also think that people having the screen burn issue etc, have been using their phone 24/ 7 with the screen turned on for video playback or maybe uber drivers using the phone all day with the screen turned on for navigation etc, so that is fair enough, if you use it extensively the screen will have to die eventually.
I think having the phone used for 6 hours a day might be fair enough allowing the phone to last long. Cheers !!

It's a hardware issue so do not spend time to rectify. I paid @8k at Samsung service center and they repaired like new one with genuine original spare part. Now it is like and working as usual. Go ahead with repair at Samsung service center if money is not bar, else local repairs will offer cheap replacement lcd rather than original Amoled Display.

Replacing the LCD/Amoled is the only way for you to use it and take advantage of replacing the battery as well since this phone debuted in 2020, so it's 5 years old already. The wear and tear in the battery is there; for the processor, it's still good to use.

1) I had the same problem with mic.Every time needs to restart the phone.
2) Phone display is hot during talking time
3) Video and photo quality is brownish
