Processor is slow. Even with 8 GB of RAM, scrolling shows lag. Camera is good. Screen quality is beautiful. Build quality is not as great as flagship sets.

boodeck, 18 Feb 2020hi to everyone..i have a71 how can i turn off shutter sound... moreWhat kind of photos you intend to take that you want the camera going silent mode ? Hopefully not something illegal.
For me I prefer to have the shutter sound so that I that know photo been taken, something I may have missed out certain shot, the sound help me a lot.
Anyway if you want to off the sound, you can off the system volume thru volume rocket button.

Nobody in the right mind will choose an obsolete S10 cost almost double of A71.

One thing i noticed something weird on A71, when u recording video, A70 can do 1080p 60FPS while A71 cannot, why?

The Samsung Galaxy S10 costs 350-450 euros used but in an ultra good condition.
You can even find it for 500-600 euros totally ultra-new on ebay.
wtf, I don't know why I would wanna buy this phone, a mid-ranger, almost 500 euros.
What are they thinking ?

Just bought A71 yesterday, an upgrade from my previous A9 (2018) and been loving it. Beautiful camera and video shot. The portrait (Live Focus) has such awesome clean background blur effect. The display also beautiful and been loving the seamless security of the Face Recognition (just facing the phone to wake and unlock it) and easy to use On-Screen Fingerprint. Yup, everything just seems to work well for me.

i recently buy this phone, it is great in everything, battery, camera, gaming, all apps are working well, display is amazing, the only thing not performing well is the display mirroring on tv, it pauses for 1 second every minute

Am pleasantly surprised by this Galaxy A71. Picked one up yesterday and the camera I've found to be sharper and crisper than the Galaxy S10 I had. The S10 was often mushy in details but this A71 is excellent especially using HDR. And performance is great too

I'm glad i got the Galaxy m30s over this one: although the camera is better, but battery life dosen't hold a candle to the m30s! Imao the 200€ price difference is not justified! If u want a flagship performance though go for the Galaxy s10 lite!
