I see a blinking dot on top of screen when calling or receiving a call. Any one observed the same issue on a 71.

Alot of xiaomi commenting like they forgotten, software bugs, BLOATWARE. yes they have better hardware compare to samsung i give them that BUT xiamoi "security" they use & update werent for YOU! honestly even lucky patcher warn us about CHINESE firmware. I choose korean to be my bloatware atleast

JJTECH, 13 Sep 2021After using 14 months (8 GB RAM - 128 GB storage - SnapDrag... morenone of the above mentioned happens on my A71 6/128 variant, the phone works like it's first day out of the box, same speed performance even when gaming, the screen is superb, battery same and mine is 13 months old nearly 14.. every A71 is Snapdragon there's no exynos for you to mention it in the tittle, and yeah the camera is so weirder that i wonder how is making such great photos ;) so long iphone fan boy

-Speed reduced drastically
-Response time reduce
-Overall slowness
-Camera getting weirder
I am also an iPhone SE 2 user after using 10 months no performance issues except battery performance.

I got my A71 9 months ago and I love this phone, good battery life still and the screen is beautiful. I had some problems with the 25w charger but that seems to be fix. I just turned the phone off, plugged in the charger and turned it back on and the charger started working again. I also noticed that the camera is working better and taking even better photos but I have also noticed this on my wife's A51, it seems Samsung updated the camera app.

Got my A71 4G phone last Year October ..made in Vietnam with 128gb 730G. Its a great phone, no issues whatsoever , don't know how people use their phone with complaints. Its only battery degradation after 7months of usage I noticed but thanks to d superfast charging, I barely notice that power deficit . And now it seems Monthly updates have been allocated to this phone. Ive had April,May,June, July consecutively. And now the August security update last week. Kudos to Samsung!!

You've been on an iPhone for so long, you've forgotten how to change volume settings in Android which has 4 independent volume level sliders - one for alerts/app notifications, another for timer/alarms, another for music/movies and media and still another for system sounds (phone dialer keypad, etc.)

Callita, 02 Sep 2021I used sony phones, once ihone (since 2013, still going) an... morei was using Sony phones from 2003 till 2015 year, last model was M4 Aqua, now in my country can't find anymore Sony phones.. but back to your issue, i have A71 since July 2020, never had any uncomfortable so far.. you can't find how to change the volume ? lol dude you sound like this is your first ever phone in your entire life, is that hard to press the side buttons up/down for the volume really ? hahaha
then get rid of it and sell it.. problem solved ;)

I used sony phones, once ihone (since 2013, still going) and galaxy 3, also still going if need. Previous phone was huawei and once u switched to samsung A71 l find it uncomfortable! For months l search online for one feature change or another. Still have problems with personalised ringtones for example!!!! Cannot move apps to screens l want them!!!!! Needed to go through online search to change volume!!!! Also some other minor things that should be easy and handy!!! Feels like it is not my phone but someone else's!!!!! Hate it! Cannot wait kay 2023 to change it!!!!!

Clean the dust in speaker a... moreThis what i hate with samsung, yes charging board issue since S8 they first used type C, don’t know what cause the charger to error sometimes, error with fast charging, one sided or slow charging; wear and tear maybe the best symptomp altough it is too early for charger board to start damage

Anonymous, 29 Aug 2021Hello, my samsung a71 is lagging and restarting by it self,... moreMaybe, softbrick, some software bug may cause malfunction and crashing within software and causing phone to lag and then restart because phone can’t do software processing and need to reboot, format or reset or reinstall using Odin first
If not helped, one or some of the hardware is broken and need to replace causing software to fail, hard to symptoms because this is not PC
But this is the same like Windows Blue Screen of Death BSoD, cause by some of incompatible hardware and driver or some again with OS bug or software malfunction that cause OS to crash, lagging and force reboot
