Labrador10, 11 Nov 2020I cannot upgrade software. stuck on OneUI 2.0. Any help?You can manually check for updates or just wait for the OTA update for your region. It probably hasn't arrived yet for your A71 variant.

Anonymous, 09 Nov 2020Im not saying the A71 bad but you should have got the Mi 10... moreYes, in many ways the Mi 10T lite is superior to the A71 (bigger battery, faster processor with 5G capability, very high screen refresh rate, etc.) And the Mi 10T lite is cheaper too.
However, the A71 also has features the Mi 10T lite cannot provide: Guaranteed 3 years of android software updates with better Knox security and faster security updates, ability to support 1TB micro sd cards and ability to ENCRYPT micro sd storage (MIUI limitation or possibly Chinese government mandated), a brighter, more colorful Amoled display which is actually a lot more noticeable than a 144Hz high refresh rate screen scrolling smoothness, ability to mirror offline Netflix downloads to tv screens (which you can't do on Xiaomi and other China based phones), ability to hide one's hotspot SSID, ability to manually select specific LTE bands and have the Samsung phone stick to the selected LTE bands, an overall a more mature user interface (OneUI 2.5) that doesn't aggressively kill apps resulting to widgets (analog clocks, news, weather, calendar, etc) to just stop updating with the latest time, weather, news, calendar schedules etc.) and better audio quality with Dolby Atmos, plus FM radio all which the Mi 10T doesn't have. In the end it's all about which matters most to the user. And for some, the Mi 10T is better bang for the buck but for others, Samsung's unique features above which the Xiaomi can't provide matters more to their experience.

Lovely phone no doubt..Upd... moreIm not saying the A71 bad but you should have got the Mi 10T Lite 5G which has 120hz screen and better processor (750G) and 330,000 on antutu benchmark (265041 on A71) and with 5G and dual speakers and a cheaper £220 price

Any one else came across the charging issue which came after the October update? No matter what this phone will not recognise it's own charger but will with other's, many users have experienced this problem, the charger works fine with other phones but my A71 will no longer fast charge only standard charge also it will no longer recognise USB C data transfers with Flash drives etc...USB C earbuds, wondering if it's software related?

Hi, I had note 8+ and S10+, Now I bought A31 double sim, but I have not checked before about the notification light, I am not getting notification light when the screen is off. Dose A71 comes with the Notification lights ?

I am totally disappointed with this phone for it's Built in Camera. Whenever I took a photo with flash, it turns yellowish. I use Gcam and the result is satisfactory.
