I hate this phone. It switches to speaker phone when I am using the handheld or goes to video call. If it isnt doing that it switches to mute. The camera quits functioning after about three pictures and I have to turn it off and back on. I had the 20 and it was even worse. The store will not do anything about it. I would never recommend it.

So you should really consider this phone if you have the budget. Definitely one of the top phones that lives to its performance according to the price it has.

Huawei nova 5t or Galaxy A71 right now? I heard there are some performance and battery issues after some time on the nova 5t, especially after updates. Is this true? Which of the two phones will last me longer time?

Jay, 24 Oct 2020Which is nice A71 or M51?A71 has full Knox, Secured Folder, fast update (currently on One Ui 2.5 compared to M51 only on One UI 2.1), A71 has haptic feedback typing like S series, A71 is light & slim (M51 feel like a brick), A71 signal us stronger & louder speaker, A71 is cheaper after discount. , Samsung promised 3 major Android update for A71 (M51 will only get 1-2 update maximum).
M51 only advantage is big battery but a the price of been bulky & heavy, M51 no discount as is still considered new model.

Dennixo242, 22 Oct 2020A71 or a used s10+ plus??? i was in the same dilemma like you, few months ago, but then i decided to buy brand new A71 instead of used S10 (in my case, not the S10+) why i chose A71 ? simple, it's brand new, then there's 2 years warranty, instead of the S10 used and out of warranty, the owner bought it with just one year warranty and was old over one year already. And then choose carefully, S10+ for sure is a lot more powerful phone, but then is used and what if the owner wasn't taking good care of the device and got broken after few weeks using by you? isn't simple.. and the most important thing is, do you know the previous owner like friend, cousin etc. ? if you don't know the owner, then for sure is better to buy brand new A71 with warranty and all that stuff, so good luck anyway with your choice

Hi everyone! Finnaly i planning to buy this phone Galaxy A71. 100 people saying 100 things please don't listen them. don't be confused . All over Galaxy A71 is a best phone ever better display quality, better battery capacity, not handy but use to, camera good. better sound quality..SAMSUNG lover go with GALAXY A71 enjoy.

The results are short of amazing. Samsung camera's night mode can't even get close to it - even those in Samsung's flagship phones. GCam with Night Sight is one of the reasons why I only purchase phones with snapdragon processors. Samsung's flagship Galaxy Note and Galaxy S Series and many midrange phones are frequently released with Exynos processors. Exynos, Kirin and Mediatek based devices have very limited GCam with Night Sight developer support. They can have GCam but many GCam features like Night Sight are dysfunctional due to difficulty in porting the GCam app with Night Sight to these non-snapdragon processors. After all, GCam was originally developed for Google's Pixel phones, all iterations of which only use snapdragon processors.
