Just got this phone got rid of my huawei mate 20 pro. Had enough of what was going on with them so decided to go back to samsung and i'm glad i did. The A71 is a beast i'm shocked at it's performance being as it only has the snapdragon 730 chip. I have tested it to the max running high intense games including emulators. i thought it would only be able to run emulators up to the gba but it can play ps and dreamcast emulators too. No slowdown or lag or anything the games are totally fluid i am not seeing and frame skip or lag. It's just a totally stunning phone it even runs better than my mate 20 pro and samsung s8 plus and it costs a fraction of those phones. Not had any problems with the camera ether or freezing like some people are saying on here. The battery life is the phones strongest point it lasts for almost 6 hours heavy usage that is crazy. My mate 20 pro only lasted 3 hours heavy usage. The A71 is a brilliant mid range phone with amazing specs and features. The build quality is top notch too i know it's plastic and the frame is also plastic but dont let it put you off it feels premium and really light weight. I'm getting much better wifi using the A71 for wifi hot spot for my ps4 than i did with the mate 20 pro i dont know if it's to do with the plastic build and maybe better connection. It hasnt got wireless charge or ip rating but who cares this phone is amazing. It manages to out perform some of the flagship phones out there at a lower price. I'm so glad i switched back to samsung!

Probably you should clear your WiFi cache, if it doesn't work then BackUp your phone with Smart Switch & back up to Google Drive, do a factory reset.

Anonymous, 26 Sep 2020My wifi keeps on disconnecting on the phone even though on ... moreNo. I suggest you factory reset your A71 if you have WIFI connectivity problems especially after the big update to OneUI 2.1 which caused problems to some A71 units but were resolved after a factory reset.

Now if you use a medicine dropper and squirt a tiny splash of saltwater inside the USB C Port, that is going to damage even a brand new $1000+ Ip68 flagship phone.

Not water resist and even one tiny splash water (because of rain or in the shower) will damage SIM Card Tray and Fast Charging. Then your guarantee will be void and cost replacement module about 1/3 this mobile phone price.

This smartphone is really good snappy and fast, camera excellent, but the battery life is slightly dissapointing taking into account its the latest midranger,holds a full day charge with light usage ,my old A5 2016 in his prime managed to hold 2 days without putting the charger in the socket at best
