Samsung phones are prone to charging problems. My Galaxy S3 had it. Then I stopped buying samsung phones for so many years. Samsung UI was also crappy. Now , after hearing One UI is excellent , I bought Samsung A71 few months back. Now my A71 started having charging problem. Charging Indicator shows it is charging but % is not increasing. Static at 90% for 15 minutes... then decreasing to 89% then 88% ....battery % goes on decreasing but charging indicator shows it is charging. Any ideas anyone?

      Using A71 since 1 month. Battery - I daily need 40% of battery and recharge every alternate day. My usage is not too heavy I guess. Daily total of 3 hours on call, Whats app mostly messages very limited images , videos but need to check almost every hour as few of office messages , status comes on whats app group. Facebook max 1 hour - 30 mins in morning and 30 mins in night. Rarely you tube videos - May be 30 mins in a week . I switch off my cell at night around 11 PM and switch ON again in morning around 6.30 AM

V... moreI'm actually still not sure about the SE because the Note 10 Lite is cheaper than the SE here, but the iPhone felt a lot better compared to the Note 10 Lite. I also tested the SE, 11, Note 10 Lite, A71, and S20 by turning on multiple apps, backing out of them rapidly, then turning the camera on and clicking a picture.
        Apps turned on, in order: calls, messages, browser, calculator, calendar, camera
        The SE and 11 outperformed everything else. The Note 10 Lite actually performed better and was less laggy than the S20 in fact.
        Don't actually see any point in that S20 now :/
        Plus, the iPhones felt better in the hand compared to the Samsung devices.

Very small screen and worst battery life on a phone I have ever seen. I have people at work that had the SE 2020 and returned it because of that super small screen and horrible battery life. 11 is a much better choice of course but more expensive. I know Sammy has crazy prices and that's why their S20 and Note 20 sales are so bad but even so, I would never buy an iPhone. Good luck in with your choice and have a beautiful day.

I liked the Note 10 Lite more but not even the S20 felt like something worth buying tbh. Decided to get an iPhone SE or an iPhone 11 if I get a good deal on that instead. This would be my first non-Android purchase after more than a decade.

                Samsung quite literally doesn't offer anything that's worth it at the moment.

I'm using the same phone and I have used it for almost six months now and the phone works like magic. Is only the price that is a little high in my country. But apart from the price that is high the phone is the best midrange in the market right now.

                          I've bought this smartphone coming from the Huawei mate 10. I have chosen a mid range since the specs seem to cover my needs and also I moved to samsung due to the Huawei's issue with the google play ban by the us goverment.

                          This phone is almost trash. Camera keeps failing from time to time and I need to reboot the phone to get it to work. Sometimes opening the camera app and pressing the shoot button reboots the phone. Fingerprint reader simple put does not work. Face recognition, simply put sucks, you are going to be lucky if you get the phone to unlock with one of both. Most of the times i press the fingerprint until it locks and then gets me to use the pin.

                          To my opinion, a company that releases a product in any category should make sure that the features work decently. I feel like I am a bottom class customer with this product.

                          Finally, I purchased the Huawei P30 Pro and now although the uncertainty at least I have fully working smartphone.

                          Samsung shame on you. I moved from samsung since the huawei mate 8 series and after this I will prefer to switch to IOS in the future instead of buying a samsung product.

I'm scared that it might follow Huawei (being banned by US, no Google Servoces, no SD card support) and Tencent (which was recently banned(?) in India and the game company PUBG due to privacy and security purposes).
