Go to about phone, find your build number and click it 5 times to unlock developer mode.

tee, 22 Jun 2023I got a a716u1 and it did not have FM radio ! I have a A71 don't know which model but I hope it has FM radio I'll check soon and tell you

After a few years of having the phone, the touch screen is having problems. The targeting is off and you have to press down hard for sensor to register that touch. Targeting is off. You have to compensate by touching just off the spot you want for it to work. I don't know what's going on, but restarting it, going into diagnostics to check the sensor, and accessibility to adjust tapping speed don't work. I'm considering getting a new phone.

It is Snapdragon yours says Snapdragon 730 because you have the 4G LTE version of the phone and this is a 5G version of the same phone but with a different processor

I suggest you just wait for security patches because many phones have some problems when a new version of android is released everything flagships

After June 1st 2022 update ...A71 5G hangs and restarts 2 to 3 times daily. No superfast and fast charging anymore takes 2 hrs to charge battery. Sometimes charging stops and only starts when phone is rebooted. Did factory reset but problem remains as it is.
Latest update screwed up the phone.

My phone getting automatically ... moreYes A71 5G after using it for one year it's now giving problem it automatically staring and and keeping same repeating and after two days wifi not getting connected Samsung care is changing 16500 India rupee for repair its very difficult Samsung should give some other options other wise customer will shift to other brands

Bill, 23 Jul 2022Had this phone since November 2022. Has been a great phone ... moreYes i have also same issue. My phone getting automatically restarting when i put sim card.
Even i am trying flight mode, its working and after sometime again its restarted.
They informed to replace the motherboard when i asked to Samsung service center and its around 800-900 AED. I was purchased this mobile 1400 AED (1.5 years old)

The phone was great until Samsung seen it was competing with more expensive models so they ruined it with updates. They got your money off the initial launch... now they slow it down to force you to upgrade. These companies needs more oversight. Apple is doing it too.

Had this phone since November 2022. Has been a great phone until June 2022 when the sim card was no longer detected. Had to remove sim card and reinsert/reboot several times before sim card was detected. A month later, same problem with no sim card detected. Phone was upgraded to Android 12/ UI4.1 in June, not sure if the Android upgrade is related to sim card error. Never had this issue with any other phone I had. My advice to not buy the A71 if you are looking for a new phone.
