I really wanted this phone. It's a decent phone but considering what you have to pay for it, Sammy only gives you 720g.
It's such a shame because they used this soc in the A71 last year.
I know most people will be satisfied with 720g but it will not satisfy me.

I have no problem with the back bit the frame. They could have done better. It has ntg to do with loyal customers, its just poorly built in my opinion. Plastic frames should not be allowed on certain midrange tier. Just look at the a51, it had metal frame and you know that aluminum is very scratch resistant but why not do it on the a52 5G. Something wrong here. Also go check out the J7 prime for 200 dollars and how it had aluminum frame and back. Just check it because i had one of the aluminum frame type one from UK

I bought my A72 a week ago and I am pretty impressed by it. Although it was a bit pricey compared to the others in the market segment, it was the only non Chinese smartphone available around its price mark. Really not a fan of Xiaomi/Huawei/Oppo phones and not a fan of Nokia either after using a 6.1 plus for some time.
The Camera is pretty amazing and it has to be the best smartphone cams that I have had, real champ even with bad light. Also the battery life seems to be very good. It lasts around 1.5 days with several hours spent on netflix, facebook, and kindle. The huge display and the dolby speakers are great for watching movies/videos, and with the 256 GB storage you probably wont need to worry too much about storage either.
Only thing I find wrong this phone is its fingerprint scanner which is located under the display. The phone is a bit bulky and unlocking it with just one hand is very difficult because of the sensor position and its subpar performance. Not really a fan of Samsung's bloatware either. I would have gone for the A52 instead of this but it went out of stock when I needed to buy a new phone, I would recommend the A52, but A72 is also an excellent phone that will not disappoint you.

All new Samsung models have poor build quality. Leave it on the display on the table and slide your finger on the back of the phone from top to bottom. You will feel how the rear window bends and the parts of the phone are felt. Is this normal? I don't think so! Please do not buy!

After 2 weeks of use: well-rounded phone, good battery, fast and fluid UI and without bugs even at 60Hz, promised long software support, the only thing that bothers me is the awkward screen ratio of 20: 9 on this and all new phones (transition from A7 2017 with 16: 9 screen). Despite the large diagonal, the impression of a small screen space was obtained.

Battery is absolute peace of shit. The phone just randomly stops charging, you put it to charge and it just doesn't recognize any charger and you can't do literally anything. I had this phone for about year and a half and in the last 4 months this happened twice. That actually happens a lot with these series. Face and finger print recognition is not so good either.
