Im using A72 for last one month. phone start lagging .any many issues happening if you try to use the phone while calling.
The software is not smooth as i was expecting. Screen under sunlight is useless and too difficult to see. finger print is not connecting from quickly and you have to try many time to log.
I don't like the phone it is disappointing

It's often during charging it's hotter. Globally the temperature is around 30-35°C while using it after a while. When not used during a long time, it's like 25°C or less

I got the galaxy a72, i dont need 5G nor 120 Hz. Actually, until i searched for a new phone this year , i wasn't aware of these new technologies (screen with higher refresh rate).
standard (60 hz) is enough for me, i tried 90 Hz, i don't see any difference. It's surely because i'm used to standard refresh. The camera is amazing, except the color's fidelity, it's not always true colors, especially vivid color become pale and light, but the quality is here.
Sometimes it freezes a little but i don't know if it's because of the OS or the application i'm using. Overall it's good though it's expensive for average of course
