Did some research on the Galaxy A72 and Galaxy S21 before my upgrade time came up and decided on the Galaxy A72 with my upgrade. Must say i am very impressed with this handset. My friend upgraded on the same day to the S21 and I can tell you the A72 do not stand back for the S21 at all. Did a gsmarena compare on the 2 handsets and the A72 and S21 basically have the exact same features. Actually the A72 selfie camera is better than the S21. Both run the exact same OS. If anyone is deciding between the A72 and S21 i will most dedinitly recommend the A72 above the S21. Like i said my friwnd upgraded to thw S21 and i browsed around on his handset. Timed with a stop watch fhe A72 has a 0.64 split second faster responce time ro apps, scrollling amd browsing. Doesnt sound like a huge difference but if you are like me and hate a waiting period to access apps and things this is a huge difference. I RATE THE GALAXY A72 9 OUT OF 10

Bad quality sound of ear speaker.
Ear speaker produce Jirk Jirk Sound when talking to someone.
Overall set is Awesome but this issue irritating me a lots.
I think its software issue and will resolve after softerware updates.

i have problem of earpiece low quality sound. during calling voice Quality is very cheap , thin and low quality...less bass. A72 users pls. share your comments about calling voice Quality?
i have used mi10T and also some other mid range phones recently, they have bass in voice quality, which comforts..

PieTio, 01 Apr 2021Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro or Samsung A72?732G and 720G isn't that far off between the two. While the Redmi has the latest ISOCELL HM2 sensor, it doesn't have OIS and also a native telephoto camera. While both phones do have IP certification, the Galaxy has a higher IP67 rating compared to the Redmi's IP53 rating. But to be brutally honest, I would pick Samsung because of their update commitment. With Samsung's commitment to giving three OS update and four years of security support, Android 14 on this phone is totally in the bag.
