Am unable to upgrade from android version5.0 to 6.0 after downloading the software it will now says software error and it's already burn out all my data for God sake guys can you please help me out here so that I can upgrade my phone

Using This Phone in May 2020.. still working good PUBG running well day to day activities running smoothly just have to uninstall updates and some system apps which i wont be using.
