Samsung dealer sold me a defected piece of samsung A7.Both seller and samsung customer service center not agree to change my defective piece(manufacturing defect).They have changed the mother board,one mini board etc to set ok mobile set.further I don't know what they did with my mobile.
A customer who bought a big brand samsung mobile set of Rs. 26900/- and without his fault he got repaired set within a 20 days from purcahse How it become justified. In my view samsung have very poor support and selling defective pieces and creating harassment for customers

At this price point samsung could have provide PDAF in camera. Taking 3 seconds to capture when using flash is not justify at this price range.

Rendificator, 02 Oct 2016I have used this for like 3 months and this is what I think... moreI'm also agreed with you. I have two A7100 which overall are very good, except that, the camera on both phones will no respond (just black out) sometimes during launch it. After cople of testing, looks like due to the camera has been switched to selfie and then quit. Not everytime the next launch has problem but after 1 to few days it will happen the black out.
The only solution is reboot the phone.

Lijo, 05 Oct 2016Ringtone sound lessDid you try factory reset your A7(6)? In my phone experiences, I had 2 phones with ring sound issue after major android version upgraded, i.e. to 4.0 & to 5.0.
After factory reset he phones, problems gone.
