I bought phone one month back. It has very poor network reception. The day I bought one of the sim which does not have data enabled in it, most of time not reachable.
In roaming none of the sim is reachable. I went to customer service center and they updated software, It worked for few hours and then again it had same problem. I have changed the SIM cards twice and checked sim in other mobile. SIM cards work properly in other mobiles.
Now my phone is with Samsung service center and to my dismay they have not been able to sort of the issue still, for them it is working properly.
I am really frustrated why I bought this phone wasted money and now I want to sell it one month old phone is not even worth more than 17000 Rs for which I paid 29900,

Fc , 26 Jul 2016I think that they will give it nougat insteadif they do then you have to wait atleast 7-8 months... i think it will get MM update in august...

Not yet. The version in the Philippines is still Lollipop, currently waiting for the Marshmallow update. :)

Its not more than 15 days. Its really bad experience with Samsung. I will never buy Samsung again

Guys please don't buy any samsung mid range phone ... They're very slow in providing the update...so guys please buy always high end mobile....
