dont buy this phone.ı have been using for two weeks.gpu is terrible.samsung buy same phone everyyear (Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016).

Hello, I've had my A7 2017 for 7months now, i am recently experiencing charging problems, my phone stops charging and says that the phone is overheating charging paused, what's strange is that if I connect my phone either on my laptop or car power output it charges. Please help

A5 is a better deal yet worthless. A7 is worse than S7 Edge in most ways yet more expensive. S7 Edge is a better deal than A7 (2017). If you want a phone with budget spec then better go for any Motorola or Nokia. I would say Z2 Play or X4 from Moto and 6 or 7 from Nokia.

what ai only like about A7 is the battery. you can use it longer. but It's always hanging. Evrytime I used Facebook and Instagram the phone can't perform longer then It will automatically restart the app. I don't know why. I always reset my phone to factory settings but It's still the same. speed is a crap.

3 months of using this phone and suddenly there's this surprising moment when the sound went off. No matter how many times I plugged in and out the earphone still not working. The speaker was too. I maximize and minimize the volume keys several times and still nothing. But after I reboot the phone, the sound came back. But the next day, it happen again. And again. And again.
I installed quite many 3rd party apps and drown my phone for a short in a pool but its ip68.
Should I format it??
Please help. This is the only issue I'm facing right now.

it so happen that the battery was empty and then was charge from 12MN up to 7AM but until now i cannot open my phone. What is the problem and how to open back my phone.
