I have sound problems with Samsung Galaxy A7 2017. Originally, sound volume is lower in comparison with other similar Samsung phone. Also sound volume reduces to zero sometimes. Sound returns only after power off-on procedure. I am disappointed with this phone.

A7 2017 is a Awesome mobile but one thing not good that nougat not update yet.
Any body know that when nougat release for A7 ?

My handphone is Samsung A7 2017, when I screenshot anything..the color change to yellow color and if we unlock also the color change to yellow..any suggestion for this...I already restart but still no change

Please who has gotten the official nougat for samsung a7 OTA only. Reply because it seems samsung is slowing down with the a7 but moving fast with the a5

Just purchased my unit last week and i dont know how to upgrade it to nougat? Everytime i check at the system update it always appears to be updated to its latest version. But after looking at the phone and system status the marshmallow icon always appears.

for me the front camera is poor but i dont use often so i can accept that. I like A7 battery life and display! super good
