"Invalid file" is what i get.... moreMy advice is to install on your pc SAMSUNG SMART SWITCH and connect your phone with usb to PC when program is launched and recognised. On the page you will see something like: THERE IS NEWER VERSION OF SOFTWARE. You click that and instalation will start automaticly. I installed on that phone PIE with SMART SWITCH and it works fine, maybe you should try that and if it won't work just go to the Samsung official store to get help best for your phone.

one thing I notice on the July 1 update is the display when you charge the phone that's all.

The phone is superb. The battery lasts long. My only challenge is that I lost the call recording facility when I upgraded to android 9 pie. How can I reverse this? Is anyone out there with an idea on how I can return to android 8 because I use the device to conduct interviews as a journalist.

I must say that I am very disappointed with this phone , bought the device in April and 3 months later in the morning tried to charge but nothing ,tried different chargers still not success ,then decided to take it to my network provider guess what was said ,the mother boot died it is not charging therefore it needs to be replaced,I mean what kind of phone dies just like that within less than 3 months of using for the price its not on,Samsung must really stop selling us such expensive garbage,the camera is also not as good as its advertised ,if falls off once the screen gets cracked horribly regardless of the intensity and fall impact ,overall I will not advise anyone to buy this phone its a disappointment.

Hi guys, can someone help me pls? 2 months ago my fingerprint reader stoped working ...when I want to add my fingerprint it says that the FP stoped working if this massage shows up releatedly than I need to restart my phone... I did it, I reset factory data too and nothing changed.... pls someone

Very ugly looking phone. Definitely looks better in the official pictures than it does in real life. Also I hate that it is "Manufactured in CHINA" rather than korea or vietnam.
