    very bad quality of crome paint.I bought a new A7 blue colour on 7th November 2018 and after two days crome colour got faded from some area and it's silver colour or metal colour came out...i went to the service centre for the solution but they refuse to solve it and declare my phone "OUT OF WARRANTY "...very cheap service provide by SAMSUNG

                This phone is beautiful. I tried quite a few games on mine and it never got hot, not even quite warm! Stays cool, handles all the games excellent and has a battery life outstanding those which have 4k mah or more. And this is me coming from a Xiaomi redmi note 4x with 4k mah!

                Camera could be better but it's not horrid as people state in the comments, it's really not! I bet it will be updated with better software in the future so, I'm hopeful! Oh and the display is the best I've ever had, puts my sister's iphone to shame!

                  Also some more info for the charging.
                  I tried different charger BlitzWolf® BW-S2 4.8A. I charge my powerbank ADATA P20000D with it and can support those amperes for real.
                  The funny thing is that while using the blitzwolf the phone is using only 1.27A and that is with the original cable from the phone box.
                  Using ADATA P20000D as charger the phone consume only 1A, again with the original samsung cable. So it will charge even slower.
                  Like wtf.
                  I`m thinking that there is some hidden communication between the samsung charger and the phone. Something that tells to the phone to get all the juice. With him the phone is drawing full 1.56A.
                  So for the best results I`ll continue to use the original charger from the box.

                    For example today I started with 100% battery and made 8 hours and 45 minutes SoT until 0%, this is with screen brightness at 50% at all time. I don`t like the automatic light change. It`s good for the day but when you go in very dark rooms or it`s just night it goes way too dim for my taste.

                    So I think the battery performance is very good. I come from my old HTC E9+ which had 2 hours and 40 minutes SoT at best so for me this is extremely big jump in the freedom to do things with the device.

                      Btw for external SD card I`m using ADATA SDXCM+A UHS-I CL10 128GB, AUSDX128GUICL10A1-RA1 (for cheap - 26$) which works wonderful with the phone.

                      I`m also using it with 2 sim cards. One for calls, one for 4G internet and everything works ok. The two sim slots are supporting full speeds at the same time.
                      My old phone was able to give only 2g to one of the sim cards so this is welcomed surprise.

                      Call quality is great in both directions.

                      The sound of the speaker is loud enough without distortion.

                        This phone is a mess.

                          For me the main camera have no more than 8 megapixels digitally (and badly) interpolated to 24. This is the real reason for the poor performance.
                          But in reality if you look at the pictures while they are in the phone or other phone they don`t look that bad. While looking at them in pc - holy moly they look bad. My old 7MP Canon A550 have less noise at 1600 iso in night shots than this supposedly 24MP sensor at 40 iso at noon hahah.
                          And yes, everyone of the camera sensors doesn`t cover my standards for minimal quality in this day and age.
                          But for normal purposes they are ok.
                          So in conclusion.
                          If you really, really want good camera this model is not for you.

                          some more info - the auto-focus is electronic but I have very stable hands so it`s no problem. I can even take macro shots of super fine things like pixels of a tv screen. They come out in focus even if the details are little soft.

                            Mash92, 10 Nov 2018no, it does not. It takes about 2hrs and 25mins to charge.Yes, this is the approximate charge time from 0% to 100% battery.
                            But I found very interesting thing. I am using usb power meter and I found that even after the phone showed 100% charge it continued to draw current (~300mAh) for another 20 minutes until stopped entirely.
                            So my total charge time from 0-100% was 2 hours and 44 minutes.
                            And some more info - for the first ~60% the phone draw the full 1.55 amperes and after that gradually dropped down to 0.50 amperes.
                            While the charger runs little bit hot the phone was cold the entire time.

                              I can confirm that it works ok when the flash-drive is formatted in FAT32.
                              If it is in NTFS the phone doesn`t even detect that you have inserted something.
                              I am using this adapter: Mcdodo OTG MicroUSB la USB 2.0. Through it I can transfer files from the phone to the flashdrive at around 35MB/s.
